Ras Al Khaimah, the UAE’s emerging lifestyle destination, is expected to double its hotel inventory by 2027. It will add 7,537 new rooms to the existing 7,144, bringing the total to over 14,600. Out of the total, 71 percent of the pipeline falls within the five-star category, further cementing RAK’s status as a premier luxury hospitality destination, Stirling Hospitality Advisors stated in its RAK Investment Pulse report.
The UAE real estate market continues its growth trajectory, with stability anticipated in the near future, bolstering the country’s economic diversification efforts, experts said at the International Real Estate Investment Summit (IREIS) in Ras Al Khaimah. Factors such as global migration shift, foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows, and strong off-plan sales, are aiding in maintaining the real estate market’s momentum.
