BNW Developments breaks ground on two Al Marjan Island projects
BNW Developments has broken ground on two of its flagship projects, La Perla and Tonino Lamborghini Residences, at Al Marjan Island. Both projects are progressing on a definitive schedule: La Perla is expected to reach completion in Q4 2027, followed by the handover of the Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Q4 2028.

Both projects are progressing on a definitive schedule: La Perla is expected to reach completion in Q4 2027, followed by the handover of the Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Q4 2028.
Tonino Lamborghini offers a range of studios, penthouses, and mansions, while La Perla comprises a 57-unit collection of one- to three-bedroom apartments.
