APEX closes its fourth edition in Las Vegas, announces return in 2027 with two shows
The fourth edition of America’s Property Exhibition (APEX) concluded on 25 September 2026 at The Expo at World Market Center, Las Vegas, the first edition of APEX held in the city. Over three days, 23–25 September, the event brought together government leaders, developers, investors and family offices, brokers and advisers and technology and infrastructure innovators. It was officially inaugurated by Shelley Berkley, Mayor of the City of Las Vegas.
APEX to host its first Las Vegas edition end of September
America’s Property Exhibition (APEX), a premier business and investment summit, is set to host its fourth edition from 23 to 25 September 2026 at World Market Center in Las Vegas, which will also be the summit’s inaugural edition in the city. Organised by MIE Events, the multi-day programme will bring together mayors, chief economists, family offices, developers and technology founders under one roof.
