APEX to host its first Las Vegas edition end of September

America’s Property Exhibition (APEX), a premier business and investment summit, is set to host its fourth edition from 23 to 25 September 2026 at World Market Center in Las Vegas, which will also be the summit’s inaugural edition in the city. Organised by MIE Events, the multi-day programme will bring together mayors, chief economists, family offices, developers and technology founders under one roof.

Keynote presentations, leadership panels and moderated dialogues will explore why the United States continues to attract global capital, how family offices are deploying capital into U.S. real estate, where cross-border property investment is flowing and how women leaders, public-private partnerships and AI-driven infrastructure are shaping the next generation of investable, resilient and human-centred communities.
