Sharjah’s property sector achieves Dh7 billion from 9,376 transactions in July

Sharjah’s real estate sector maintained its growth in July 2026, recording transactions worth Dh7 billion - an increase of 61.8 percent from Dh4.4 billion in June. Transaction volume grew 25.3 percent to 9,376. The total area traded in sales transactions reached approximately 27.2 million square feet.
Data issued by the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department showed that ownership certificate transactions led with 4,049 transactions, capturing a significant share. These were followed by ownership deed transactions with 3,356 transactions, and mortgage transactions with 466 transactions valued at Dh1 billion. Initial sales contract transactions reached 1,185 transactions, while valuation transactions totaled 320.
Transactions were carried out across 129 areas throughout the emirate, covering residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The breakdown of trades showed activity concentrated on 1,347 lands (comprising 895 residential lands, 381 industrial lands, and 71 commercial lands), alongside 894 subdivided unit transactions (comprising 842 apartments, 25 parking, 17 offices, nine studios, and one shop), and 643 developed land transactions (comprising 412 residential properties, 188 industrial properties, and 43 commercial properties).
Industrial 4 recorded the highest real estate transaction valued at Dh850 million. Al Layyeh recorded the highest mortgage transaction on a land valued at Dh120 million.
The total number of sales transactions in the emirate reached 2,884. Sharjah City recorded 2,091 transactions, out of which 442 were recorded in Muwaileh Commercial.
In terms of trading value in Sharjah City, Al Sajaa Industrial ranked first with Dh715.4 million, followed by Muwaileh Commercial with Dh516.3 million, Al Menhaz with Dh449.5 million, and Al Qulai’aah with Dh365.7 million.
In the Central Region, 527 sales transactions were recorded. Al Belaida accounted for the highest volume with 192 transactions, while Industrial 4 recorded the highest area in trading value at Dh908.8 million.
In the Eastern Region, Khor Fakkan witnessed 206 transactions, led by Al Mudeifi with 159 transactions and a trading value of Dh218.2 million. In Kalba, 58 transactions were recorded, led by Commercial Sour Kalba with 21 transactions and a trading value of Dh5.6 million. Dibba Al Hisn recorded two transactions, with Hay Al Seeh achieving the highest trading value of Dh1.2 million.
