Saas Properties launches 165-unit Ritz-Carlton Residences in Abu Dhabi

Saas Properties has launched The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Maryah Island at Liveability & Investment Exhibition (LIVEX) 2026, introducing a new branded residential development to one of Abu Dhabi’s prominent waterfront destinations. The project’s construction is already underway and its handover is anticipated in the second quarter of 2030.

Located along Al Maryah Island’s waterfront canal, the tower combines sculptural architecture with detailed design. Rising from a landscaped podium featuring family-focused amenities and resort-inspired spaces, the development has been designed to balance privacy, wellbeing and connectivity.

The development comprises a collection of 165 private residences, including one- to four-bedroom simplex residences, duplex residences and a penthouse at the top of the development.

Residents will have access to a range of amenities, including a gym and spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a golf lounge, co-working lounge and boardroom, cinema, landscaped spaces and family areas, supported by The Ritz-Carlton’s service.

The building has been designed by architect Shaun Killa, Founder and Design Director of Killa Design, whose more than 29 years of international experience have contributed to several of the region’s recognised architectural landmarks.

The interiors have been designed by British designer Tara Bernerd, Founder and Creative Director of Tara Bernerd & Partners. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Maryah Island marks her first project in the Middle East.
