Mubadala and Taraf partner with Kerzner for One&Only Residences on Al Maryah Island
Mubadala Investment Company, an Abu Dhabi sovereign investor, and Taraf, the real estate division of UAE-headquartered investment holding group Yas Holding, have partnered with Kerzner International Holdings Limited to introduce a new collection of One&Only Private Residences on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi.

Rising approximately 230 metres across 44 floors, the tower is positioned to maximise views across the Arabian Gulf, surrounding canals and the Abu Dhabi skyline. It features units ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments to expansive duplexes and a penthouse.

The architecture has been designed specifically for its waterfront setting. It consists of warm terracotta tones, champagne-toned metals and glazing designed to reflect the changing light and character of the city. The building will be directly connected to The Galleria, providing residents with access to the island’s retail, dining and lifestyle destinations.
