Meraki Group, a UAE and Singapore-based conglomerate, has announced its expansion into Dubai South, with plans to launch a new mixed-use development, Celeste, in the district in November 2026. The development will be officially unveiled in November 2026, with further details to be announced ahead of its launch.

The expansion comes as Meraki continues to grow its Dubai real estate portfolio, with seven projects worth nearly US$1 billion in its development pipeline and approximately 2,400 residential units under construction.

With more than 25 years of experience across development, construction and education, the Group has delivered over 100 projects across the UAE, including residential and commercial developments, hospitals, academic institutions and recreational facilities.

Its residential project, The Haven I, achieved a 73 percent snag-free handover rate. The development has also recorded rental performance above the local average, with one-bedroom apartments commanding approximately Dh 75,000 annually, compared with an area average of Dh 63,000 - a premium of nearly 19 percent.

Ajay Rajendran, Founder and Chairman of Meraki Group, said, “Dubai South represents an important next step in Meraki’s growth. We see strong potential in the area, supported by continued infrastructure development, connectivity and a growing residential community. Our approach has always been to create developments that are thoughtful in their design, relevant to the people who live in them, and built for long-term value.”

The upcoming mixed-use development will focus on considered design, intelligent living and everyday experiences. Meraki aims to position Celeste among Dubai South’s top three residential projects, according to Rajendran.
