Majid Developments announces Dh130 mn DLRC project as part of Dh1 billion pipeline

Majid Developments, a Dubai-based property developer, is developing a project pipeline worth Dh1 billion between 2026 and 2027, the latest being the Dh130 million Arlington Park 2. Located in Dubailand Residence Complex (DLRC), the residential complex is slated for completion and handover in March 2028. Majid already owns a Dh700-million portfolio of projects that are either delivered or are under execution. Spanning a built-up area (BUA) of 84,961.59 square feet, Arlington Park 2 comprises 129 units ranging from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Prices start from Dh650,000, and the payment plan entails 50 percent clearance during construction and the remaining 50 percent post-handover. Buyers can choose between fully furnished and semi-furnished residences. The development stands in close proximity to Arlington Park 1, which sold out within four weeks of its launch last year. Following strong demand, only a limited collection of units remain available. Construction is already well underway, with works advancing at an exceptional pace. Majid Developments also revealed that its debut project Mayfair Gardens in Jumeirah Garden City is in its final stages of construction, with handover scheduled within the next two months. Launched in August 2024, the residential development sold out within weeks.
