Emirates Developments and Missoni launch Waterfront Residences in Abu Dhabi

Emirates Developments and Italian fashion house Missoni have unveiled Waterfront by Missoni, the brand’s first residential development in Abu Dhabi. Located on Al Reem Island, the 250-home waterfront tower is scheduled for completion in Q2 2030. The project brings Missoni’s design identity to the capital, with the interiors and common areas styled under the fashion house’s creative direction.

The development incorporates Missoni’s signature zigzag motif across its architecture and interiors. The pattern features in the podium’s multicoloured paving, the building’s cladding and the tower’s mid-section. The oval-shaped tower features continuous horizontal fins and planted balconies.

The freehold residences are available to international buyers and include one- to four-bedroom apartments and five-bedroom penthouses on the 38th floor. Homes will be delivered fitted and ready to occupy, with integrated kitchen appliances and built-in wardrobes specified by Missoni.

Amenities include a swimming pool, padel court, gym, spa, residents’ clubhouse, children’s room, landscaped terraces and barbecue area. Additional facilities on the ground floor include a cinema, VR room and business lounge, with all amenities styled by Missoni.
