Deyaar hands over 711 homes in DSO as 2026 deliveries cross 2,100

Deyaar Development PJSC, a DFM-listed integrated real estate company, has announced the handover of Tria, its residential development in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), comprising 711 residences and six retail units.

The handover takes Deyaar’s total deliveries in 2026 to more than 2,100 units, following the completion of 1,436 units across Regalia, Jannat and Talia Residences earlier this year.

Tria features a distinctive three-wing architectural design that creates three view corridors overlooking the Dubai skyline, Dubai Silicon Oasis and surrounding parklands.

Designed with families in mind, the development offers a range of podium and rooftop amenities, including swimming pools, landscaped gardens, children’s areas, fitness and wellness facilities, sports courts, social spaces, and outdoor dining and entertainment areas.
