Dar Global appoints Gulf Asia Contracting for Trump Tower in Dubai

Dar Global, an international real estate developer, has awarded the construction contract to Gulf Asia Contracting for the podium of Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai. Following the successful completion of all enabling works, due in September 2026, this appointment marks the project's transition into the next stage of construction. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road at the gateway to Downtown Dubai, the landmark development continues to progress on schedule.

Introduced in April 2025, Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai is set to become a defining addition to Dubai's skyline. Rising approximately 350 metres across 80 floors, the development combines hospitality, branded residences, and a private members' club.

The tower will feature Dubai's highest outdoor swimming pool, two signature penthouses inspired by New York's iconic Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue, and uninterrupted views across Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, and the Arabian Gulf.
