Danube Properties launches Dh3 bn Shahrukhz Residences in Dubai Maritime City
Following success of Shahrukhz by Danube, the commercial tower that sold out on launch day, Danube Properties has announced the next chapter of its iconic partnership with superstar Shah Rukh Khan with the launch of Shahrukhz Residences by Danube. With a development value of Dh3 billion, the fully furnished waterfront residential tower in Dubai Maritime City will rise to 60 floors featuring 1,100 units. Apartments start at Dh1.65 million, and buyers can access a flexible payment plan of 30 percent during construction and 70 percent upon handover. The landmark project is scheduled for handover in December 2029.

Danube Properties, a Dubai-based real estate developer, started its journey in 2014, when Dubai property market stabilised and had started to mature following the establishment of sound regulatory environment. The development will feature an exclusive King’s Club on the rooftop, while residents will also have access to a private yacht.
