Construction of Azizi Grand achieves 94% completion in Dubai Sports City

Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading developers, has announced significant progress at Azizi Grand, its residential project in Dubai Sports City, officially reaching 94 percent overall construction completion.

The project has achieved 100 percent completion across all core structural and internal build stages, including the main framework, blockwork, internal plastering and tiling. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure stands at 94 percent, supported by HVAC mechanical systems at 93 percent. External works have advanced to 67 percent, with swimming pool leisure facilities tracking at 64 percent, keeping the development firmly on schedule for its completion timeline.

With primary civil works completed, on-site operations are now focused on the testing and commissioning of MEP systems, external landscaping and architectural quality audits.
