UAE-based real estate developer BNW Developments has announced plans to supply 10,000 homes to Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah’s residential markets in the next four years as it actively continues to launch projects in both the emirates. In the first half of 2026, the developer received substantial capital from Indian investors who accounted for 14.38 percent of total investment.

According to the developer, Indian high-net-worth individuals, non-resident Indians, entrepreneurs, and professionals are increasingly considering UAE real estate for portfolio diversification, driven by rental yields, long-term capital appreciation, global connectivity, and the country's transparent regulatory framework.

Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, said, "India is not simply an important source market for BNW; it is a strategic partner in our growth journey. The contribution of Indian buyers reflects the confidence they place in the UAE as an investment destination and in developers that offer credibility, transparency, and long-term value."

The developer further stated that buyers are also placing greater emphasis on a developer's execution capability, project quality, location, and long-term credibility while making investment decisions.

To strengthen its engagement with Indian investors, BNW said it is expanding its network of channel partners across India and working with real estate advisors to support buyers through project evaluation, transactions, and regulatory processes.

The announcement was made at the developer’s Global Partners Meet held in Gurugram on Wednesday following its launch of the world's first Wyndham-branded Dolce Residences on Al Marjan Island. It is a boutique waterfront development project featuring 93 units and five retail spaces, all due to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028. The project also marks the second collaboration between BNW Developments and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts after Ramada Residences by Wyndham in Al Jaddaf.

"Dolce Residences is a commitment to quality and a celebration of the serene lifestyle that Al Marjan Island represents. By combining boutique intimacy with the prestige of the Wyndham brand, we are creating a sanctuary that reflects the future of Ras Al Khaimah as a global destination,” Aggarwal said.

BNW currently has 12 developments under various stages across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, spanning branded residences, hospitality-led projects, mixed-use developments, and master-planned communities. The company expects project handovers to commence from 2027.

In Ras Al Khaimah, BNW is developing projects on Al Marjan Island, including the Al Marjan Beach District, and in RAK Central, while in Dubai it is expanding its portfolio of branded residences across key growth corridors.

BNW's portfolio includes collaborations with hospitality and lifestyle brands such as Taj, Tonino Lamborghini, FashionTV, Wyndham, and Radisson Blu.

Dimitris Manikis, President EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said, "The branded residences sector has been calling for a brand like Dolce — one that blends character, style, and a true sense of place with elevated hospitality experiences — making it a natural fit for this evolving market. We are especially proud to introduce the brand in Ras Al Khaimah, one of the UAE's fastest-rising lifestyle destinations, and bring Dolce's distinctive hospitality-led approach to life on Al Marjan Island through this landmark development, partnering with one of the most successful developers across the UAE. Backed by Wyndham's global expertise, the project will deliver a fresh and differentiated vision for upscale coastal living in the region."
