Azizi unveils Dh30 billion Azizi Florence, Sharjah’s biggest masterplan community

Azizi Developments, a leading Dubai-based developer, has announced its debut project in Sharjah, Azizi Florence. The Dh30 billion project is the city’s largest master-planned community spanning 30 million square feet which will ultimately house over 49,000 residents.

The masterplan is composed of six communities comprising 1,130 villas, more than 6,000 townhouses and 3,500 apartments. Three-bedroom townhouses start from Dh1.89 million at Dh850 per square foot of sellable area.

Designed as an integrated destination, Azizi Florence brings together residential, retail, hospitality, education, leisure and wellness offerings, centered around a 1.7-million-square-foot Central Park. Each residential community features a park, clubhouse, community centre and landscaped gardens.

The masterplan is located along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, close to Sharjah Airport and University City.
