Arthouse Hotel NYC launches Dh550 mn Arjan project, marking the debut of Adaan Developments

Manhattan-based Arthouse Hotel New York is expanding its brand presence in the UAE with the launch of its second residential project, Arthouse Hills Arjan, in partnership with developer Adaan Developments. The Dh550 million tower, which is set to be one of the tallest towers in Arjan, marks the foray of Adaan Developments in Dubai. The launch follows the success of the first Arthouse residence in Meydan.

Arthouse Hills Arjan offers residents an array of amenities located at podium and rooftop levels. Podium amenities include pools, sauna and steam rooms, sound healing zone, wellness bar, movement and mobility studio, library, games lounge. At the rooftop level, residents can access an infinity pool, gyms with plunge pools, a Japanese rooftop garden, and yoga and meditation areas.

Cledor has been appointed as the Development Partner for Arthouse Hills Arjan and official Brand Partner for Arthouse in the UAE, serving as the gateway for all Arthouse-branded projects in the country.

With 25 years of experience, the company has completed more than 120 projects for leading clients including Emaar, Deyaar, and RAK Properties, and is currently managing over 130 commercial and residential developments.
