American property show APEX to make its Las Vegas debut in September

America's Property Exhibition (APEX) is set to host its first Las Vegas edition from September 23–25, 2026, at the World Market Center Las Vegas. Co-located with the Smarter Home & Furnishings (SHF) Expo and the Smarter Infrastructure Summit (SIS), APEX Las Vegas 2026 will bring together developers, investors, brokers, government representatives, family offices, wealth managers, PropTech companies, architects, consultants, hospitality leaders, and infrastructure experts from more than 20 countries.
