Accor and Cityview announce Pullman-branded mixed-use project in Meydan

Accor, a world-leading hospitality group, and Cityview Developments, a Dubai-based developer specialising in premium and luxury residential projects, have announced the signing of Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan at Future Hospitality Summit – FHS World 2026.

Scheduled to open in 2029, the mixed-use development will introduce 282 Pullman branded residences alongside branded offices, marking a significant milestone for Accor as it introduces its first-ever branded offices for sale globally.

Supported by Accor One Living, the development will offer one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, complemented by amenities including meeting and events spaces, a screening room, games room, outdoor kids’ area, padel court, three food and beverage concepts and fitness and wellness facilities.

The integration of Pullman branded offices will extend the brand’s hospitality expertise into the workplace, bringing together residential and commercial environments in a development designed around the evolving ways people live and work.

Located in Meydan Horizon, Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan will offer proximity to Downtown Dubai and views of Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The development is approximately five minutes from Downtown Dubai, five to 10 minutes from DIFC and 15 to 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport, with access to Dubai Design District, Dubai Creek and major arterial roads.
