His professional journey was shaped by an extensive career in the international aviation industry, where he worked with leading global airlines including Gulf Air, Singapore Airlines, British Airways and Emirates. Across customer service, operations, safety and security, leadership and customer relations, he developed a professional philosophy built around trust, integrity, communication and service excellence.

After leaving the aviation industry during the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic, Zulfikar chose entrepreneurship as the next chapter of his career. Dubai, the city he had called home for many years, became the natural place to build that future.
